The Dentist was very nice the hygienist was amazing she would tell me everything she was doing I liked the Dental assistant too I wish I knew her name she was polite and very caring

Bad customer service, staff is rude they over book, and if the staff is wrong they make I out to be your falt not there's. And very rushed

I called for a ortho consultation only To waste an hour waiting to meet with a dentist who didn't tell me treatment options, costs or duration and told me I would have to set up an appointment with one of their orthodontist, I'm livid and beyond pissed at how inconsiderate they can be with your time. Why would I set up a othro consultation to meet with someone who can't tell me anything...Inexperienced an I in knowledgable office

10 year patient
Staff has gone down hill over the past few years since Dr Lau has taken over the practice. He is a very kind dentist, but he overschedules and make you feel rushed as you are only a number to them. I have been attending this practice for over 10 years, I was in substantial pain when I begged the assistant for help, she left me in the chair for 15 minutes until I had to walk around asking another assistant to find her. I would caution anyone considering or continuing to have treatment at this practice.
