As dental offices go Polo Park Dental Center is a decent office however their staff at times is very inconsiderate and unorganized. I informed them that I was moving out of the city and that they would need to call me should they need anything further from me. I recently went back to see them to collect my old dental records to move them to a new dental office where I live and they informed me that I was being taken to small claims court over a bill of 80$ that they had sent me invoices and notices to pay, to the address I informed them I was moving from. I have not received any phone calls from the office in the 6 months since I had been there stating I owed a balance and as well the fact charge was for something that wasnt covered by my insurance which they did not inform me I would have to pay out of pocket for. The Dentists may be great but their office staff needs to start doing their jobs or they will have alot of unhappy clients who refuse to return.

I think Dr. Minuk is the greatest reason why they are so good on all levels... ...now if only the smell of dentistry didn't exist! LOL
