Had an emergency extraction, and the molar split in 4 pcs., 2 below th bone. Dr. Prodanovic, was patient and a total pro. After an hour, all fragments were removed and he never showed any sign of worry. I thought the pain would be horrible after 60 min in the chair, but after the freezing, I was pain free. Not one pain killer needed.
