Don't trust Dr. Ladani. I worked for him for 2 years before he fired me when I asked for a small raise. He puts the hygienists under a lot pressure to charge more scaling units than they actually do to milk people's insurances. He claims a lot of work that he doesn't actually do! The sterilization machine often isn't working and he doesn't want to spend the money to repair it.

This dentist is very rough and abusive with his staff. He seems to scare them so much that they probably don't dare to report him to the labor board. I have contacted the labor board and voiced my concern. I would ask anyone who visits 7Dental and notices the poor women who work their being abused by Dr. Ladani, to also contact the labor board and the police. Violence against women has to stop.

former long term client
The filler that Dr. ladni did on my tooth came out after only one week. I went to an emergency dentist who looked at my tooth and said the new filler was done without first cleaning the tooth thoroughly. very disappointed and won't be going back to 7dental

I have had a huge phobia of dentist from events that took place when I was a kid. Recently I had a tooth crack apart and it hurt immensely. I had no choice to go see a dentist. I live very close to 7 dental and Dr. Mario Ladani was the dentist I saw. I was very curt with him and still stayed very polite. After finding out I had to get a root canal I was extremely scared for the pain. I told him pull the tooth I am not having that done. He said he could do the root canal with no pain. He reassured me there would be no pain at all. I told him that I will come in but if I feel any pain I will get up out of the chair and leave right away. He said sure and he was that confident it would not hurt. The night before was a sleepless night. The day I went in he was again very pleasant with me even though I am sure I was not. But he took the time to explain to everything and what would happen. Amazingly I felt no pain at all. Not during or after the procedure. I no longer have a phobia and I would see him any day for any dental procedure. He and his staff were so good I even brought my son how has Autism and he normally has to the hospital and be put to sleep for people to work on his teeth. But since I had such a great experience I wanted to see if he could go without being put to sleep. He loved the dentist. They showed him all the tools took extra time with him to make him feel comfortable. I have now sent my four kids and my wife to see him and I’ll be dammed if I see anyone else. It’s very hard to find a dentist and staff that really love their job. I highly recommend him and his staff. The cost also is the normal rates. I called around after with my bill and he was the same price if not cheaper than most others.
