I've been working with Dr. Ladani for a long time and the only reason I don't leave is because I'm scared. He's a very abusive boss and has no consideration for the staff. He's great at using them and firing them if they ask for a small raise. Very scary working environment to be in. There's a lot of insurance and tax fraud happening at 7Dental.

only good thing about 7Dental is the hard working women that Dr. Ladani employs. They never receive the worth of their work and if they voice their concerns he finds a way to quickly fire them. I feel very sad for Karen and especially Joy who have poured their heart and soul into 7Dental and don't even get a raise. They should reveal all that they know if Dr. Ladani doesn't give them the worth of their time and effort.
