An uninformed patient
Dr. Kryshtalskyj's Office does not live up to the level of professionalism and ethics I am expecting from a periodontist. His receptionist is not upright when changing the appointment times and accommodating a patient's request. Dr. Kryshtalskyj talks excessively and even chants when he administers freezing. I personally finds this overbearing and odd for a professional. Due to a cancellation by another client, the office changed my schedule without making it explicit that they were deep- cleaning both sides of my mouth. Dr. K has actually agreed not to freeze both sides at my first appointment but liberally changed it without informing me of its consequences. I had more than 2 hours of deep cleaning. The hygienist did not suction frequently and I had to keep swallowing both my saliva and the dirt cleaned out. I could not rinse properly and water spilled out from my stiff and frozen jaws. After this bad experience, I consulted other dental professionals and they all found this practice highly unprofessional and irresponsible.
