She mostly has good chair-side manner, but regularly keeps me waiting even after I ask the desk staff if she's running late. Most recently didn't give enough anaesthetic and had to administer 4 more shots directly into the tooth and I had a major reaction - racing heart, almost blacking out. Dentist rushed to finish the job and I was in pain for several days after and it now hurts to chew on that tooth. This was not the case before.
