We were patients for many years at her clinic. Every year she maxed our plan. My son who is 13 asked not to go to her anymore because she hurt him. My husband feels that she rushes all the time and makes mistakes. I am not a high maintenance patient but I do agree she is careless and causes pain. She made a mistake on a couple of my husband's teeth and now has had her husband Dr. Lui fix part of it. They are now telling us that we have to pay for more work to be done that was caused by her. We are so disappointed with this dentist. And I agree with the other comment that she yells at and degrades her staff. I feel for them all. They also have different staff every year. There is no consistency at all. A very poor dentist and unfortunately some of the front girls are just as rude. I would definitely NOT recommend this dentist to anyone

She is a great dentist and is very helpful. my son loves going to her as well as the rest of my family! she gives great advice and does a great job on the work she does. the office environment is great as all the staff is very welcoming and helpful. i strongly recommend this dentist to everyone!
