First impression was amazing, great ppl, slight wait, staff was friendly. Then came bill payment a few weeks later and i had a credit card on file, i was not notified of a missed payment. until i received a letter in the mail with the credit union coming after my credit and demanding payment immediately. I was not given any notification or even a phone call. This to me is highly unprofessional, where they put profit ahead of all standards. DO NOT RECOMMEND
