Not impressed!
They seem like capable dentists, but they are rude. I am constantly made to feel that I am irresponsible even though I go to the dentist every six months and pay for it out of my own pocket. They try to make me go every three months and they know I don't have coverage. When I insisted that I would only come in every six months I was made to feel like I that I wasn't taking me oral health seriously. They also call the dentist in unnecessarily and just a glance from him costs me an extra $60. It starts to feel like they're just trying to squeeze money out of me. I have also, on two separate occaisions, seen the female dentist tell a receptionist off in front of the enitre waiting room. And even after the receptionist apologized for her mistake the dentist continued to tear into her. It was very uncomfortable for everyone waiting and the receptionist looked like she was about to cry. No one should ever be humiliated like that for making a small scheduling mistake and no one paying good money in a professional office should be exposed to that kind of display.
