He refused to do my dental filling because I'm taking bloodthiner.He was angree at me, shouted at me because I refused to sign a legal document for filling my tooth.

Dr. Shahbaz is amazing. He is the denstist but he took time to do a cleaning for me because i had jaw surgery after a bad fall down a flight of stairs. I wasnt able to open my mouth very wide even 2 years after my surgery. So any dental office I went to Could not do my cleaning. When I came to Dr shahbaz I explained the situation to him and he did it himself. Now I know that a dentist doesn't usually do cleanings. That's what the hygienists do. I really appreciated that Dr. Shahbaz didn't care about how much money he was making. He really cares about his patients. That's a rare find. And on top of that my teeth felt and looked amazing. I don't know what he did but im lovin my pearly whites. I came from Belleville for this appointment and he is now my regular dentist even if I have to drive a cpl hours to my appointments. Totally worth it. My daughter will be going to see Dr shahbaz to get her wisdom teeth out. They are at terrible angles and pushing her other teeth forward. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. S. I wouldn't trust anyone else.

BEAWARE OF THIS DOCTOR!!!! Dr Shahbaz is crazy and very hot temper. He get angry at patients and his staff for no reason. Always after money and will try to max out your insurance in one appointment. He has mental issues. His poor staff cries in the office. His practice should be closed and his license should be suspended.

Dr. Nader Shahbaz is a brilliant dentist with a very poor customer service approach and medical ethics. After being his patient for 22 years, driving over 75km to go to his office and be a loyal patient, he refused to give me an appointment because I canceled too many times. I find this highly unprofessional and unethical. I run my own business, and my clients can cancel as many times as they need. If they don't respect my 24-hour notice, they are billed. But I will never refuse my services for cancelations. And I'm not working in the health industry. Very disappointing.
