i came to the office as a new patient and i was so overwhelmed by the warmth of the office. Dr. Raubvogel was very knowledgeable, caring and professional. My dental experience was wonderful and better than i have ever experienced at any other dental office. I highly recommend the office.

Agreed
I agree with the last person.......used to be good and now looking for a new dentist. In fact, I was looking for ratings to help verify my feelings of leaving. Find a doctor who will charge you for what he or she does for you...not their hygienist. He makes it almost seem like he is their manager and they are the dentists. Plus, I feel sorry for some of them.

Not Satisfied
When I saw him in 2011, he was SUPERIOR! Since then, he has decided to delegate a lot of his tasks to his hygienists. For example, when you decide to get a filling, you will have two hygienists working on the fillings and he might come in once in the middle and once at the end to "check in" and give brief feedback. You are lucky to get more than five minutes of face time with him. His consultations are quick, not personal….and you can tell it has become all about saving/making money. Very impersonal. Not impressed anymore. I would find a dentist who takes a personal interest in overseeing every detail of all oral procedures. He is not interested. He is interested in maximizing profits.

Dr.Shy Raubvogel is a very good dentist ! He has been my dentist for about 6 years now and does a very good job at what he does.
