Dr. Zanotto was rude, inconsiderate and caused my gums to bleed for about an hour after I left. He took about ten minutes total to scrape my teeth then took off. I asked him why I was bleeding so much and he said it's normal. It's not normal, my old dentist never caused my gums to bleed like that. The tech took four minutes to polish my teeth and then I was told I was done. 15 minutes total for my visit. When I called back later to talk to a manager I was told there was no one to talk to and not to come back if I was unhappy.
