It's a really cool experience.
My girlfriend was the first one to point it out to me. She said, “you know you're sure grinding a lot at night.” I almost look like a chipmunk in the morning with the tension in my face. I know my teeth were getting quite a bit smaller and the headaches were all on the side of my head. I grinded them down to the point where my bite was overextended. My girlfriend was so excited when I had my teeth done, as I was at the same time. Now when I see pictures of myself, there's light gleaming off my teeth on the pictures where I'm smiling in, it's a really cool experience.

I always thought I had nice teeth but then they didn't look so nice anymore. I never was happy with it until Kim, my daughter sent me a picture of herself with a beautiful smile. I couldn't believe it. I had to come all the way to Calgary to have it done but it certainly was worth it. Now I can have my picture taken and my smile always turns out nice in the picture. I am young again. I have a nice confident smile now. I just love it.

My teeth didn't look like they used to look. It got to the point that I thought, yes I'm gonna do this. One phone call and I was in there, no problem. I did it for my health as opposed to wanting a brilliant smile just to meet the man of my dreams; I already have mine so I don’t need that. It’s not about vanity either. It's very much about dental health which is important for the rest of your life. And one of the best parts of the procedure for me is I'm looking younger now!
