Dr. Curtis Holmes continually does things to people's teeth so that they have to be pulled. Then implants and crowns have to be installed at $ 3,800.00 each. Blue Cross only covers the minimum so the patient ends up mortgaging his home so that he can still eat with a set of teeth!
