This is an absolutely disgusting Dental Office. I went in for a cleaning and they chipped my tooth, when I went back to discuss the situation with them they denied doing anything wrong. I told Dr. Nohe Saussi that they had taken an xray before the cleaning and when we looked at the xray there was no chip in the tooth. Dr. Saussi still denied any responsibility which was unacceptable. How can there be no chip before the cleaning and then there be a chip in the tooth after the cleaning but somehow they are not at fault, unbelievable. I do not recommend these liars and deceitful people that work at this office. I will be submitting a complaint to the better business bureau of Ottawa, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and the dental society of Ottawa. Anyone that has given this organization a good review should be ashamed of yourselves. Don't get Jill to clean your teeth, she will just create more work for her boss.

Dr. Van has done orthodontic work for me and I couldn't be happier with the results. I've also been very committed to continuous use of my retainer. If not it is likely for teeth to shift back to their old position.

My son did his brace at Queensbury Dental Centre in 2004. After three years of orthodontic work done by Dr. D-P Van, his upper side teeth were flared out and upper front teeth were flared out slightly. I wish her orthodonic skill would be improved in future.
