Dr. O'Malley goes above and beyond the call of duty. Dr. O'Malley makes you feel comfortable when you're at your most nervous state. She is the most amazing and inspiring person dentist I've ever met. She completely fixed my teeth when I thought I would be in pain and with no hope in sight. I am now able to eat and speak without fear and my teeth look amazing. I am so glad I was able to have this experience at a dental office. I'M so happy I could cry. Thank you Dr. O'Malley for being such an incredible woman! Hands down the BEST DENTIST! BIG SMILES!!!

Dr. O'Malley ripped off my insurance with all her unnecessary work. She is a terrible dentist and horrible person who caused me much pain and anxiety. I would never recommend her to anyone.

Jenine is a not so distant relative. I went to her clinic for a few years and could take it no longer. Her dental work was poor in my opinion. I'm not sure about the insurance fraud allegations because I always paid cash. I could not recommend her.

She had her staff write on people's charts that, "Patient understood treatment and costs" and then had the patients sign their charts, huge red flag. A woman came in for a cleaning my first day, Dr. O'Malley kept her there late into the night doing all kinds of work that maxed out her insurance in one visit. English wasn't the patients first language and she still had her sign her chart, despite refusing to answer the patients questions about all the "treatment" they had performed on her. She had her staff check out the exact coverage before each patient, and would submit claims while doing the work to see if the insurance companies would cover it.
