Sara Hansen's been my dentist for the last 16 years, and I've always known her to be very easy going and conservative in her work. Friendly staff. They follow the Ontario Dental Association fee guide. I've always referred friends and family. I was traumatized as a kid by my old dentist - my first filling with Sara seemed effortless. I went there so nervous, but came out of the room relaxed. She made my day,and changed what I think of fillings and dental work...thanks for everything you do to keep my mouth healthy:)

Check up and cleaning, staff were fairly helpful and seem knowledgeable. Somewhat pushy on doing cosmetic procedures that I felt were unnecessary. Pricey as well.

The major complaint I have is that I was not advised on the outcome of the procedure. "Filling replacement" means to me that the general shape is the same as the original, not getting a tooth 20% smaller which seamed to be OK with for a professional..... I wouldn't have spent the money on the procedure.

Dr Hansen took time to explain things clearly. I'm more connected to my oral health since my appointment. Office staff were helpful and positive.
