I find the staff to be unfriendly and not at all helpful. The prices are more expensive than I expected. We got a second and third opinion and quote on some dental work, and this dentist office quoted us thousands of dollars more than another dentist as well as an orthodontist. They are not considerate or compassionate when it comes to unexpected cancellations. I respect the 48 hour cancellation request but when it comes to a child ending up in hospital, I would certainly expect compassion and that was not the case when I called to cancel 3 hours before. It has been the same receptionist every time answering the phone or answering any questions I have. Unfortunately, being new to Alberta and not wanting to travel out of Cochrane for Dentist appointments because we are not familiar with Calgary, we have very little choice. Also to note, they unfortunately are the only Direct Billing in Cochrane ( I believe). I can also go on about an appointment that my son and I had, and both of our faces ended up covered in blood with some stains on our clothes. The lady that cleaned our teeth was very rough and unhygienic. It was absolutely the worst cleaning I have ever experienced. Needless to say, I am not their biggest fan. Unfortunately, dental work is a necessity and there is not much that can be done about that.

dentist is very unhelpful and inconsiderate not only the staff. they dont know what tooth to be treated, unacceptable!
