I have had nothing but problems with this dental office. In my experience they have been very unsympathetic to my issues. The dentist Luda appears to be in the business just for the money. She provided me with a service that was defective. I asked her for a refund she said no. I asked her to refund me 50% and she still said no. Once they got their money they were not willing to assist me with the problems caused by their service. I also strongly feel that they are price gouging their customers. The dentist is not very skilled. I had her straighten my teeth, but she didnt seem to know how to properly use the drill as it kept malfunctioning and once she was done my teeth were still crooked. They also are selling zoom bleaching and using advertisements that are misleading. They failed to tell me that I will not see results like in the ads because the people in the ads have fake teeth. The dentist at Fairview Dental never seemed to listen or care about my concerns, instead she just would argue or give me a strange look. When I advised the office that I may pursue legal action because I feel scammed, their response was to call the police on me. When I met with the police they told me that I did the right thing and that I should sue the dentist office civilly. I would highly discourage anyone from using this dentist as I would be concerned about their non ethical practices.
