Dr. Tsai is great, better than average dentist in the quality of work. On the slightly negative side, his English is very poor, so he struggles with explaining the treatment (though he is very nice and friendly). Also, he charges more, sometimes almost triple what other dentists charge (and the Ontario dental guidelines) so insurance will not pay for this.
