I had negative experiences in a dentist chair in the past so I was very apprehensive to go to him. They helped with that, recommended a treatment plan. dr willoughby has very nice bedside manner, does very excellent work. I would highly recommend him to anyone. him and his office staff made it very positive experience. They also accomodated appointment request time due to different hours working in health care too. they are a wonderful office

I was referred to Dr Willoughby by my regular Dentist for pain in my TMJ which i had been suffering with ever since my widsom teeth were extracted 3 years ago. Nothing was helping and i hated the pain meds and muscle relaxant my previous Dentist had me on. Dr Willoughby and his staff did a very complete exam of my entire head and neck (not just my teeth) and then hooked me up to some fantastic new computer equipment. He took the time to explain what was causing my jaw pain and then fitted my lower jaw with an appliance that relaxed my muscles and straightened my jaw. Thanks to Dr Willoughby i have been pain free for almost 1 full year now. I can't say enough great things about this Dentist and i strongly recommend him to anyone suffereing from TMJ pain

It is really wonderful to have such a knowledgeable dentist take over north hart clinic. I am ashamed to admit it had been quite a while since my last dentist visit. After starting out slowly by having my teeth cleaned and having a nice chat with dr andrew, I felt comfortable enough to have some neglected teeth fixed. The dr is gentle and my comfort was very important to him I am very happy with my lovely, mercury free fillings and will have no problem going to this dentist again

I have been with Dr Willoughby for many yrs & have always received top notch service,not only from Dr Willoughby & his very personal & proficient care & treatment plan`s but also from his very friendly & experienced front end staff & his extremely attentive & professional assistant`s & hygenists.Would recommend to any & everyone without hesitation.Your comfort,need`s & concern`s are taken seriously & you are consulted with terms & treatments & #` that you can understand.Have have several different "repair`s",cleaning`s & whitening procedure`s performed by Dr Willoughby & his staff & i have been totally satisfied every time.I will keep using Dr Willoughby & his awesome staff !!.. Keep up the great work crew !! ..
