The lady who is answering the phone is always nice, friendly and gentle. The lady who helps Karina is gentle and friendly. They all are very good with kids. For young children there are always some toys to chose from. The whole team is very positive, gentle and friendly. You are not a numver there. They know you and always ask how you and your family is doing. They really show interest in you. The clinic is small but cosy. The only thing I would appreciate is that they would close the door to the room where Karina treats her patients. For me it's a bit lack of privacy. For the rest...for me it's worth the trip of more than an hour to visit her!!
