I have no comments on their dentists. But one dental hygienist is absolutely AWFUL. She is super pushy and extremely bossy. She pretends that she's knowledgeable and gives customers advice that they don't want. She pushes customers to buy dental products that's affiliated with their clinics, in name of better quality over others. For instance, she used to suggest Sensodyne toothpaste to us. But later on the clinic started to promote Colgate products. Instantly, she started to hammer on Sensodyne and mentioned how good Colgate toothpaste is. Another very bad thing is that she tends to overcharge customers. Once she cleaned my teeth for 30 minutes and charged me for 3 units (one unit= 10-15 minutes, most other hygienist charge 1/2 unit per 7 minutes. So for 30 minutes' cleaning, at most two and a half units should be charged. We have decided not to clean our teeth in that clinic again.
