Our family has been receiving dental treatment at Bible Hill Family Dentistry for approximately three years. We have always received good care and treatment but lately things have changed with the hiring of a new receptionist. Appointments have begun to be cancelled, we have had call-backs for appointments and treatments that were just completed one week prior. The most disturbing thing, however, is the lack of a receptionist being able to tell you how much you having owing on an account. I guess they have an ancient billing system!! Hmmm, raises some concerns when you finally get bills from treatment six months prior. This receptionist also lacks customer service skills and will argue with you when you raise a concern. It doesn't look good for a business when you have this type of personnel on the front line! Currently looking for a new Dentistry.
