My experience has been very unpleasant and always stressed because they always make mistakes in insurance claim. They just want your money and no proper service. For 45 mins of cleaning and minor looking from dentist they charge 450$ to insurance. This is unheard of overcharging. Hi I am a student who goes here once in a while. according to their policy they give 20% off to students and charge 80% to insurance companies. EVERYtime they have sent me the bill rather than to the insurance. Everytime they make mistake in charging insurance company and get claim rejected. THis has made me personally take the burden of applying for insurance or making sure that I am covered. This is unnecessary hassle. After all that, They overcharge insurance company so they don't cover their charge and then end up asking the patient to pay the left over charge. Very inconsiderate people who act all sweet but has no value. IF you are a student, I would like to save you the trouble and ask you to go somewhere else FOR SURE! To some students I have heard they make them pay 20-30$ on top of what they charge to insurance companies (they wont tell you this from begining so make sure you clarify incase if you do decide to go there).

Dr.Gonzalez is an awesome dentist..Hes so very helpful & encourages me to keep heathly not just my teeth but my over all health. I apprecaite everything he has done for me & Hes the best dentist ive ever had....Thank you to the bellesmere dental clinic for all your help.
