I know the office well and came to know the staff... they are usually very helpful and very delightful to deal with... The office itself is really nice... I am not sure of the "state of the art" equipment as this is beyond my knowledge but I have no complaint whatsoever... chair and equipment were comfortable and environment very clean, I was able to see my x-rays on the monitor and felt very comfortable being operated on...

I'm not really sure of one nice aspect of any of my visits to this clinic. Originally when we switched to this clinic it was because Dr. Deema agreed to charge what our insurance companies max coverage was. After about two visits her prices increased and we had to pay a significant amount out of our own pocket. There was no warning regarding this either. In addition to this I have had 3 cavities to be filled. Two on one visit and one on another visit. 2/3 cavities came out! And i had to go back to get them refilled. Which I was also charged for. At this point I was quite frustrated but booked for 6 months anyways. For that booking i ended up getting quite sick and was throwing up, i called 24 hours ahead of time and left a message to cancel as i was sick and throwing up. One of the assistants called back after a couple days to let me know that my credit card has been charged for not calling 48 hours ahead of time to cancel my appointment. (next time i will just show up and throw up on the dentist and hygienist!). Which brings me to my next point, the receptionist staff are the most unprofessional bunch of girls I have ever met! You walk in and they completely ignore you until they are done discussing their inappropriate personal issues amongst themselves. Save your self a frustrating and expensive visit. DO NOT GO!
