I find that he works primarily with public servants who have insurance and tends to force services not required and, at times, expressely refused (like unecessary x-rays). WOrk done does not last and is unecessary, he recommends services based on potential income for him and not what is in their best interest. Not recommended at all.

Wow I'm really impress by his work. Had my front teeth re-done lol He is truly an artist. Would recommend him any time. Down to earth person and very caring. He truly loves his job and it shows. Good work ! Bravo!!!!

Very bad experience,He has ruined my teeth wich pictures will be posted on Social Media shortly,I had the best PROMINENT dentist in Ottawa that was able to correct and fix what Dr.Ziad Bourji did,I had to live this way for 6 Moths Ziad is the most unprofessional DENTIST I have ever seen,From after hours app until 9 and 20 pm,No hygienist on site he has completely ruined my white perfect teeth.I was going in for implants and it was never done reason I went to see him.5 min in the hallway consuktation without looking at my teeth should have given me a RED FLAG and his very old office and equipment. I was left in his chair hours hours and hours while he was running from one patient to another same gloves...I ask is this the way he works,As I have never seen such unprofessional approach. I have sent Ziad what he needed to refund me for his hacked work from 2 of the best OTTAWA DENTIST about the severity of his work and before and after pictures as he requested,And the invoice to be paid. He has completely vanished not responding to any emails trying to run away and taking full responsibility. Again in shocks me and many as to how unprofessional this DENTIST is.He is responsible for paying for his damages.I have given him plenty of time to respond and pay me again he is not responding..Due to his egoistic and ignorant I will be taking further ations. Beware of this clinic.

Stay away from this clinic, Dr.Ziad Bourji is a very bad dentist with no knowledge of cosmetic dentistry. Very scary experience of over 32 hours in his chair while he was trying to fix his hack jobHe made even worse never in my life have I been hacked,My excellent dentist of 25 years retired reason I took a chance on seeing someone new , He ruined my teeth. I found one of the best in Ottawa he temporarily fixed my teeth it took him less then 1 hour,Dr.Ziad took him about 32 hours and he could'nt fix what he did. My teeth are ruined due to what he did and its caused many many many issues. I will be posting on google all the before and after pictures. He should not be a dentist or even attempt to force me into horrible veneers my teeth where perfectly white.I was booked for an implant..I found out later he is not qualified for this reason he did something completely different.
