Do NOT go here! I was reffered here because I was low on cash and I needed a root canal and she was the only Dentist who would do paypent plans.I came in for an estimate and filled out a form and got an appointment for a month after my visit because she was going on vacation so I decided to wait. So appointment day comes and they didnt even recognize me and they couldnt find my paperwork so I had to fill in another one. My appointment was at 1:30pm and at 1:10pm a lady comes in with her daughter saying she had an appointment at 1pm and she was taken care of at 1:15pm because Ms Dentist was eating and eating in the same room where the sterilized equipment and machine were at. I fell asleep waiting and woke up at 2:30 to finally get attended.BTW I was already super mad! First of she didnt even know what I was there for.I got no Xray and no check-up. Second she works alone so she has the water sucker hose on top of you and hanging off your lip sucking your cheek.Third of all she put numbing paste on my cheek to inject the freezing stuff to numb the left side and she didnt even wait till it numbed it completely and went in for the kill with the needle! OUCH! Then she gets to work and starts doing the root canal and I started feeling sharp pains.Even after telling her about the pain she wouldnt stop and didnt even finish the root canal.She just packed up and said ok come back and then we finish, you will come back as many times as I need you to come back to finish the work which btw she never told me this when we did the estimate.She has poor people skills and horrible comunication not to mention her no good always on her cellphone receptionist. Not once did I ever see her pull any tools and equipment from sterilization packages.I left with a swollen cheek, a hurt and sensitive tooth and scarred thinking about how a dentist could put a client under so much pain. If you want to go through this thenn go ahead but I will never ever see this lady again.She shouldnt even have a Dentistry license.
