Horrible hack passing as a dentist. Outrageous billing, rude staff and always running at least 45 minutes late. Do not waste your time. Some we have been seeing a more knowledgeable and professional dentists they are shocked with the awful work Dr. Garakani has performed. It's a shame because we were longtime patients of Dr. Ruttan.

At first I was impressed with the nice office and staff. However something has changed.They started getting really pushy with the upselling of services that I was not interested in. They made me feel very unwelcome after they realized I was not going to give in. I can no longer recommend Smart Smile however the work they did in the past was fine.If you do go there be careful they don't scare you into getting more work done than you need.They are very persuasive at selling. I felt so terrible that I decided never to go back.

I am not recommending this office owned by dr Tawar and garakani (smart smile dental centre) on Fanshawe park Rd w in London Ontario . I have verified that especially on Facebook that most of their positive reviews were submitted by paid staff members and their family and friends. At the same time they block and remove actual customers reviews that are not as favourable. This shows they have something to hide, and do not operate in an honest manner. I like this site because they cannot manipulate the ratings! They are so proud of their customer choice awards, however now I can see that is a complete farce! Look elsewhere if you value honesty and transparency in the companies you deal with.
