Dr. Arora is always a minimum 15-25 minutes late for every morning appointment my children or I have ever had. We wait with the hygienist for long periods of time to have him check my kids teeth. He is very unprofessional and treats his staff very poorly. I do not know how he is still in business.

This place is a nightmare! The girl at the desk was miserable and did nothing but complain about the other staff members. The assistants and hygenist were running around like crazy trying to do everything while the desk girl sat there looking like she was going to have a breakdown. The Dr. was 20 minutes late. Came in looked at my tooth and left me sitting there for another 20 minutes. In the end I was glad he did, while I was waiting I overheard the assistant talking to Dr. Arora in the hallway. whatever equipment they needed for my tooth wasn't sterilized yet and the Dr. told her to, "just wipe it with a cloth". How is a place like this still operating in this day and age!? Needless to say I left without getting any work done. They could have seriously hurt me or given me a disease!
