He's generally pleasant but that can only get you so far - you need to be an accountable, honest, caring professional and most importantly up-to-date with current dental research/practices. His team lacks customer service skills - most of them are disappointing but there's a nice/thorough older hygienist who's been with him for many years. His practice peaked in the 90's but has faded drastically. It's time to move on.

Dr. Vasilakos and his team provides great overall support. When a dental issue is discovered it immediately discussed and investigated. Treatment and care has been the number one priority in my experience.
