I went as a new patient to doctor Simrat Kaur for a checkup since I had just moved to Brampton. Doctor Simrat kaur asked me about my insurance coverage took some x-rays. These X-rays were not reviewed, after reviewing my coverage she came back and advised I have 14 cavities. I was in shock and very panicked and anxious as I have been diagnosed with anxiety, this news did not help. I went for a second opinion in Waterloo Ontario to my dentist from my childhood who examined and took new x-rays. I was advised I have only one cavity that is still in the making not a full cavity. I felt extremley upset and disrespected that I had been lied to about my medical health for insurance money fraud. I reported the matter to my insurance company imediatley where an investigation was launched. Doctor Simrat does not have clients best interest at heart only their insurance money! I highly recomend you switch your dentist if you are with Doctor Simrat.

it was the first time i visited this clinic for general check up. After a week i started showing symptons of sensitivity in my molar. If your teeth are in good condition please don't think of going to this clinic for cleaning.

Dr Simrat Kaur, is very professional and highly skillful. She is very friendly and caring. Her staff is also very efficient, friendly and show alot of concern. I am highly satisfied with the service i got at Charolais Dentistry.

Dr Kaur' sister is the manager of her empire estate. She is going out with some Pts so they got 100% insurance. Dr KAur is using her family for money:( how sad)

very bad experience with this dentist, She behaves extraordinary with white clients compared to with South Asian clients even when she herself is one of them, She attends white clients on proper appointment time but always delays southasians, That is discriminatory by a professional ethic, She also not considerate of poor clients and refuse to provide service if they do not want diagnostics like x-rays when they are not required.
