Very strange practice. Front desk people are not nice. I dealt with the Mgr and she was abrupt. The dentist was in a hurry to leave and was impatient. The hygienist was the only one who took the required time for my cleaning and discussed the status of my teeth and gums. I have since found a better practice where the staff is more patient and courteous.
