Professional, caring and friendly dentist and staff. Dr Jackson is very personable, with a great sense of humour, and provides very thorough information about his assessment and treatment. He combines great interpersonal and technical skills. Appears to genuinely like his staff and patients, and is good with kids. Usually right on time but occasionally have had to wait because he has run long with another patient - but it is nice to know he takes the time he needs to do a good job - and the staff have notified in advance if he is running late. I would recommend him.
