I just want to share my own personal experience as a patient, the rest is totally up to the readers to decide and I'm not accountable for their decision. As an health care provider, Dr. Randy Krumme provided an exceptional service and care. He is very honest, kind, conscientious and very helpful. He's my family dentist associate who took care and reviewed my dental records due to minor filings that end up to a Bad root canal performed by another dentist in Etobicoke. Dr. Randy Krumme spent time and patiently explains to me the problem and the possible solutions. He referred me to a specialist and continued to follow up.He felt sorry for what I'm going through and the pricey procedure not fully covered by our insurance benefits. He never charged me for his service that day. I also noticed that there was a patient waiting after me for his service/ expertise, willing to comeback the following day to see him for his dental needs! From the bottom of my heart, my sincere thanks to you Dr. Randy Krumme and most especially to Dr. Victoria Santiago in referring me to one of your best associates who really cares about your patients!
