she and her office is kind and friendly,quite happy to be with them,however, I got big problem with her on braces teeth. Sep,2010,, she started brace lower part teeth for me,and April.2011, she has done the brace teeth in 7 months and remove the brace off( the contract was for 1.5 years， so she cut off many months) and turn out awful looking on me: the mouth was forward and prominent; the lip was puffy and uneven,and the teeth on the bottom was forwarding out,my face shape of jaw part look so narrow and thin. I was so disappointed. she also felt sorry and asked me go to a new orthodontist to redo brace of my teeth and she would pay all fee back to the new orthodontist. She make the promise in her office and all her worker knew that. my family was so sad for the result and I was tearing in my heart whenever I looked myself in the mirror I went to one new orthodontist and he require to remove 4 teeth,I am afraid of removing teeth and keep looking for new orthodontist till now I found one orthodontist who is able to redo brace my teeth without removing any teeth. I want to redo brace my teeth now,however,TONG PING she changed her mind but do not want to pay all fee back to my new orthodontist. she broke her promise and become a big liar . I am fighting with her now and she keep not pay all fee $2000 back . I am going to sue her soon. because my face shape look thinner and narrow, my lip is uneven and my mouth is still prominent ( not as bad as right after removing the brace now because naturally growing back ),so I have to redo my teeth again. Tong ping doesn't make her promise , I would say she is a big liar in my case now. please learn some from my bad experience with Tong ping. Be careful do any brace teeth with her,she is not experienced at all .

Tongping Chinese dentist,whenever I thought about she ruined my teeth and make my mouth look awful, I feel I hate her. plus she promise me to pay me the money to my new orthodontist and she broke her promise. she did not pay back not even one penny till now but make me get suffering so much in the past years. Tongping is stupid and disgusting and selfish and lying dentist. she is from China and not experienced enough for bracing teeth. I wish government can find out his problem and stop her bracing service. I am the one really get hurt so much and told them however they never care about my pain. stupid Tongping I wish she would never work as dentist from now on.

Dr. Tong is the best dentist in this city! She is very professional and she knows what she's doing. My whole family goes there and they do not have one complaint about her. She also cares about her patients a lot and makes them feel cared for. I definitely recommend going to her clinic.

I have been with Tong Ping for a few years. I have never experienced anything unpleasant. She took care of my whole family for the dental service. Everyone is happy.
