I got my braces done at this overpriced place. Their staff is extremely unprofessional and have no clue what they are doing. Especially Dr. Chrissy Cheretakis (ugly mean woman who works for P. Pellerin)! When they were changing up my wires once, one of the staff members accidentally chipped the middle of my front tooth. After that there was huge yellowish looking hole inside of my tooth and it was causing me excruciating amount of pain when I ate/drank cold or hot things. When i confronted a staff about this issue, she went to see Cheretakis to come take a look at my tooth and they started giving glances at each other knowing that they messed up... Then she basically told her to tell me that it was just a stain (but they knew it wasn't... the whole thing was super sketchy), so the staff took her stupid machine and started polishing/ rubbing my already damaged tooth even more! On top of it they also polished my front teeth so much that they became smaller than the rest of my teeth. Anyways I ended up seeing my dentist and he told me that my tooth is severely damaged and looks like it's been heavily polished. I had to pay a lot of money to get this fixed. I really regret going to this orthodontist in the first place and what I regret even more is not suing them after this! Cheretakis is extremely unprofessional and makes me question how she even got her dental license in the first place! She does not care about the patients at all and just wants to make money out of them! WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE GOING TO THIS PLACE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
