PC is not honest & did a poor job. She doesn't respect her patients. She charged me and my insurance company for restoration she didn't do. I consulted for general exam & dental cleaning. she trained an hygienist who was brutal & broke one of my teeth (I was 29). After 35mn, the dental cleaning wasn't finished but PC asked me to take another appointment because PC had another customer. PC refused to finish the dental cleaning & repair my tooth. PC told me she accepts only cash & gave me receipt with code. I didn't like the way PC treated me & I was unhappy for my tooth. 1 week later, when my insurance sent me a remittance report, I discovered that PC charged me for a complete dental cleaning, the restoration of my tooth & the general exam. I sent a complaint to my insurance company but it couldn't do anything. I met someone else & I had to pay for the restoration because my insurance didn't cover the 2nd amount for the same service. Logical. If you have the choice, see another dentist.
