I am a very nervous patient, and after meeting Dr. Jean I felt at ease and thought that I had found MY dentist. I had to go in for a root canal on a molar, and he decided to do a filling at the same time. Immediately after the root canal I was in massive amounts of pain. I called the office, and the staff at the desk said that 'this is normal, it'll subside.' Well, it didn't subside. In my mind, I shouldn't have to pay for him to do ANOTHER root canal because he didn't do the first one properly, yet that is exactly what the receptionist said would happen - that I'd be stuck shilling out another $1000 to do a root canal. Which isn't covered by my benefits. Then, just over a year later, the filling that he put in has fallen out. I will not be going back to him.
