Dr Ushakova is a nightmare to deal with. Her staff turnover rate is off the charts. Every time I went for a cleaning I was given a different hygienist. The quality of her work is severely lacking. Her office is outdated and the equipment was malfunctioning. She tends to recommend services that will put money in her bank, but the patient does not actually need. She is very argumentative and downright rude. She personally insulted people with mental illness disabilities by calling them "nut cases." She refuses to stand behind her work, if the results are poor and you already paid her, she will no longer assist you with the problem.
