after getting some surgery from dr Tabet she send me back home with the usual what to do and what not to do. That was on thursday, I was surprised to received a call from dr Tabet herself on friday around 18 pm, "just checking" if everything was OK for the week-end. Not too many doctors, dentist or else, show that much empathy. I must add that all her employees are at her image. So, you're reading the comment of a fully satisfied client. It's always a pleasure to go back.

Flat rate billing practices are appealing initially, but ultimately unfair. Both my older teenagers recieved orthodontic treatment; one required only 13 mos, the othjer over 24 mos.. Dr Tabet insisted on the same amt each($5000) Dr Tabet was uncompromising when this was put into question Dr Tabet did the same for friends of ours-charging this same flat rate the first two children, then refusing the third as a patient because the orthodontic procedures were deemed too extensive Dr. Tabet is in a win/win situation as she is selective of her patients and has the expertise to judge risk, whereas her clients are under the impression that a fixed cost removes the uncertainty of an exhorbitant bill, but nonetheless without benefit from favorable outcomes to treatment- ie a shorter treatment period. Dr Tabet behaved in a discourteous, unprofessional manner when queried re: her billing practices- She had little regard for losing clientele, which is what happened when her staff scheduled a follow-up appointment for my oldest child, only to be turned away when he presented himself to her office. He was informed that the appointment had been made in error, that his file was closed and his status as a patient had been terminated. Her office informed me that this was the case for all three children, including an orthodontic consultation for the youngest. I later collected the patient files of my three children. Regrettably, Dr Tabet did not bother to meet with me at that time, nor have I heard from her in the months since.

She is a great dentist and she will really takes care of her patience. Very approachable person. Her staff are equally as impressive. Good job!
