Completely rude and accusatory, I walked out of that place feeling totally humiliated to say the least, do not believe ANYTHING that their staff say pertaining to any negative reviews on any of the various sites out there, chances are high that they are NOT false claims...

Satisfied patient
Literally almost every negative review on here must be fake, or by the same person who is angry. Dr. Vigna has literally changed my life, I was referred by another doctor who was basically an incompetent. Dr. Vigna immediately helped me and pointed me in the right direction. He laid all my options out for me and wrote everything down so I could take some time to make a well informed decision, he explained everything very well and was incredibly friendly, his staff also, I owe them all so much for the excellent work I've received. Every review that says he yelled or was rude in any way must honestly be a dramatization or a doctor in a competing business because I've never felt so informed and welcomed in a dentist office. He extracted 31 teeth for me and sure it hurt alot but obviously it was always going to. I went back to him two years later for implants and of course. Again there was pain and discomfort but I am going back again for the last of my implants and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

I had three wisdom teeth removed, both on the right, one on the bottom left. However, there's stitches just hangin' on the top left..where (if no one got the idea) no teeth should have been touched.. I'm extremely impressed that this man has apparently 20 years experience but when I call upset and get hung up on when I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GET PAID MINIMUM WAGE TO HEAR THIS AND THEN SOME?! He gets paid 2000$ to rip open all of my gums in a matter of 45 minutes and he can't handle hearing "you","botched" and "surgery" in the same damn sentence. Poor excuse to be labeled a "professional". I highly recommend Dr. Green in Stoney Creek.
