I saw Dr. Seferi for a check-up and she told me there is a crack in one of my fillings and it's better to replace it. I agreed. She started with the anesthetic injection and as we were waiting for it to work, my heart started racing all of a sudden and my body started shaking. This had happened once before few years back, when the dentist injected a tiny bit of the freezing into a blood vessel instead of the nerve. That dentist warned me that he made a mistake and apologized, gave me oxygen and laughing gas etc. to recover. Dr. Seferi didn't respond in a caring manner to my condition. After about 10 minutes of me gasping for air and feeling my arms and legs numb, I started to recover slowly but couldn't stop shaking involuntarily for a lot longer. She was quick to inform me that she didn't do anything wrong, gave me just a bit of the anesthetic and this happened probably because I was panicked. In fact, I was just relaxed on the chair, waiting for the freezing to work and was not more nervous than any other time I have visited a dentist (definitely wasn't panicked). She asked me if I wanted to proceed with the replacement of the filling. I was shocked, she would offer after I nearly had a heart attack (or something that felt very much like it. I was charged for the x-rays, the freezing and her services (although I was very displeased with her performance and defensive reactions). I do not recommend Dr. Seferi, as I don't see her as a knowledgeable or professional dentist.

I was 24 when I went to Dr. Seferi terrified for a filling. She froze the area and I honestly did not feel the needle, she froze it in steps instead of going deep right away. After the filling was done I told her she made me feel very comfortable and she gave me a hug! I will definetly go to her again and would recommened her to anyone who is afraid of dentists.
