Jasher Guiel

Fifteen years ago, doctor Rajdev botched a simple root canal, leaving me with severe damages and chronic pain. First, he injected the anesthetic into my tongue, and proceeded to operate on my right molar while my tongue was immobile and without the area surrounding the actual tooth numb. I went through more than half of the surgery in excruciating pain, unable to properly vocalize my pain. As a minor of fifteen, I had my mother present for the surgery. She can attest to it. At another point of the surgery, the nitrous oxide sent me into bradycardia. Either the dose was too high, or this man wasn't paying attention to my vitals. It was only after my mother suggested I could feel the surgery that he asked me if I could feel it. I nodded vigorously. He didn't take into account the previous hour of relentless whimpering and attempts at vocalisation into consideration. As if the trauma of this surgery wasn't enough, I have chronic pain that was a direct result of Rajdev's lack of professionalism. He had effectively leaned on my jaw for the whole duration of my root canal, dislocating my temporal-mandibular joint. I couldn't open my mouth for an entire week. When my mother reported this to Rajdev, he suggested that I return so he could "reset it". I refused to allow this man to further abuse me with his neglectful actions. I eventually had to learn to reset my own jaw and I suffered with this for the next fifteen years. When I went to another local dentist, I was quoted at least 10,000$ of surgical work would be required to fix the damage done to my jaw. My alignment is so compromised that my teeth on the affected side have significant damage related to the deviation in my mandible that Rajdev caused. Today, I have a consultation with a maxillo-facial surgeon, because the previous two emergency dental surgeons I consulted were unable to reset my TMJ. They suspect the damage has resulted in bone fractures and the pain extends into my eye socket, now. I live every day in chronic pain because of this man. I wouldn't be surprised if he bought his degree. The cap he affixed to my tooth following the root canal fell off two weeks after. If there are any personal injury lawyers or medical malpractice lawyers that want to help me pro bono, I'd appreciate it. Avoid this joke of a dentist at all costs. Go anywhere else.
