Perhaps he should have been made aware that we live in Canada. In the middle east, they would torture individuals that made mistakes. Now, due to human rights activists, they have introduced the concept of insurance and stopped torturing individuals. If he was in a car accident, don't you think either his insurance or the other parties insurance would require to replace or restore his car to its pre accident condition? I'm not interested into being manipulated into believing in any non existent God nor am I interested into having something put over on me.

I'm sure he'd been paying taxes all his life, so what if he had to collect due to a heart condition. We all pay into the system and eventually, many of us have to use services that we've paid into.

My guess is that his religion was a problem. He already knew he had heart disease and walked away when it happened, yes I saw him do that, perhaps he was trying to convince me he deserved it. He's aware of the proper way to handle an accident, to call his Professional Liability Provider. Many dentists and hygienists have had to contact their Professional Liability Providers to compensate a patient for any damages, they continue to work as we all know humans are capable of mistakes.

To the patient whose tooth he broke, even though he is deceased, you have the right to be compensated for your damages and any further consequences and his insurance will still pay. He broke your front tooth when he removed your brackets. He was well past the age of retirement, still working at the age of almost 70 years old. He asked me (the hygienist) to smooth the cement and walked away and never said anything to you. I showed you in a mirror what he had done. He made arrangements for me to work with another orthodontist who was even older than him. I do not know if he tried to blame me or not. You and I both know he did. Besides, as a hygienist, I also have professional liability insurance and if I had done it, I would have called my insurance company to pay for the damages.
