Dr Bradley was extremely helpful in treating my daughter. He even took the time on two occasions, at no cost, to examine my daughter's mouth. The diagnosis and costly treatment from other professionals was totally unnecessary, and Dr Bradley was able to refer me to another dentist who performed the necessary treatment for a fraction of the cost and to the great satisfaction of me and my daughter. What would otherwise have been a very traumatic experience for my daughter ended up being a very positive one, so much so, that she loves going to the dentist.

Dumb Apparently
Dentist ignored my discomfort and protests when cold water was sprayed on my broken and inadequately frozen tooth. He carried on and began to drill. The jolt startled me and I pulled back from the pain. He got very angry, said "that was not a smart thing to do" and stomped out of the room. I explained to the assistant that my tooth was not frozen at all. He attempted to freeze it a second time and was not successful. When he began to work on the tooth again, I tried to indicate that it was not frozen and his response was a very sarcastic "don't panic, it's just a temporary filling." I waited several weeks for this appointment, which was postponed by the dentist and write this with a toothache and a two week wait for another dentist. No apology or explanation from this dentist and he actually thought I would return.

My Story - Dr Bradley diagnosed a root canal but was unable to freeze it so referred me to a specialist who performed the root canal. The Specialist insisted that the tooth be crowned not filled as it would not be strong enough, which was relayed emphatically to Dr Bradley. The tooth was filled, not crowned by Dr Bradley, cracked shortly after being filled and became infected. The tooth later had to be extracted.
