I'm an independent who hanepps to be voting for the Green Party in this election. While I agree that some of their scientific policies are naive and in some cases based more on radical environmentalists' propaganda rather than scientific fact, that's due to the fact that all policies are voted on by Green Party members and since their main base started off as environmental protesters it's no wonder why. If you want to change that, get involved only when more people, especially more moderate and realistic environmentalist get involved will their party change their policies. I'm contemplating joining myself as I agree with them on most of their other policies. You will never agree with 100% of a party's policies. Instead, pick one you mostly agree with and get involved to change the rest!
