This was my second tooth extraction experience with Dr Ibrahim. # years ago , he extracted may last top right tooth and messed up on it. My dentist apologized and she is a family friend and dentist so i ignored it. Most likely , he fractured the touching tooth at that time. i lived with pain for almost 2 years as i was nervous to go back to Dr Ibrahim as i dint want any further complication. past long weekend, i got acute infection in the tooth, i have fever, cold shivers and a lot means alot of pain, I called my dentist and she prescribed Amoxycilin and advil 600. Asked me to call clinic and take apt with specialist for Monday. The receptionist was kind enough to analyse the emegency situation and gave me the first apointment for 10.30 am. I drove for 2 hours without pain medication or eating anything as i assumed it could be surgical extraction. Dr Ibraham was first of all late, He reached clinic at 11.36am. Receptionist called multiple times as i was in tears with pain , he kept saying 5 more minutes , i am just about to reach. Clearly, not honest enough. When he came, he asked staff to take xrays 360 whole head what ever they call it. Took me to surgery and without realizing and analysing the course of action, pushed 3 ingections for freezing, third one was probably in very sensitive area and i screamed with pain. HE started surgery, pulled out some prtions of teeth, i was feeling pain in partial areas and he was injecting to freeze the areas. While he was in middle of surgery, he realized infection in sinus and tooth and tried pulling nerves that were infected and not numb. i screamed, he asked staff to take another xray of that particular tooth and top of it , even then he was not able ot estimate the infection or the aftereffect. Insensitive to what i was going through he made another attempt , i called my dentist at that point and she asked him to stop and tried putting on me laughing gas ( i ont get that but i trust her enough to let her make a decision). Even after inhaling that gas for couple minutes, i was fully conscious and hi next attempt to pull the rest 2 roots of the tooth failed. At this point, I asked for general anesthesia and doctor mentioned they cant do general anesthesia surgery there. So, he decided to stitch it back and asked me to come back if pain gets worst or infection is cleared. He said he will open it at that time and then make a dicision to pull rest 2 roots. I was so much in panic, asked my dentist to refer me to another oral surgeon as i dont trust this guy. I hpe this horror story can tell you how much insenstive and immature this so called surgeon is. Why he dint realise i have infection when he knew i was in pain whole weekend and for whole morning when i was waiting for him. Why after opening the sinus he realised he has made a blunder and needs to cover it. My honest opinion after suffering from this pain and still in acute pain living on antibiotic and tylenol till i get next surgeon appointment, always do a good research about who is your surgeon and what his ratings and reviews are. Hope this helps and you are not trapped like i did. Good luck with your treatment.

i got 4 teeth removed recently by Dr. Ibrahim . healed up quickly no issues. prescribed enough medication for pain and infection. only had slight pain on the day of the surgery. I felt that the process of getting in and out was great. everything explained before and after was great. They seem really caring and understanding there. I was pleased with all the staff. well pleased and will recommend to anyone I know.

my friend placed 14 implants with Dr.ibrahim to restore all upper teeth and all lower back teeth it was an excellent experience, Dr.ibrahim explain every details thoroughly before surgery. full consult visit .2 major surgeries final result amazing.great follow up. with no reservation, i would recommend Dr.ibrahim for any oral surgery needs for all my friends and relatives
