I had a really bad experience at this clinic. I inquired the price of veneers, they sent in a series of assess claims to my insurance company, each with different dental codes over the next few months. When I called in to ask what each code means, they gave me a different answer every time. When I had my teeth done, I said I would pay out of my own pocket, Francine the secretary double the price and said because it's not the same as the assessment code they sent in. Obviously they were committing fraud. I talked to her in person, she said I wasted her time, it's now $50 more. I was shocked and sent a complaint letter to Doctor Collins, but he ignored my letter. I can't believe they treat me, a loyal client for 5 years with this kind of attitude. Regardless if they have the best equipment in the area, they are carrying out bad business practices. They should be reported, and I will report to Better Business Bureau and Academy of General Dentistry of which Dr. Donald Collins is a member.
